DECOL (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as possible and never sell your data.

1. What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the information you submit: your name, your email address, your organisation (optional) and your message. Our servers also keep standard technical logs (e.g. IP address) for security and to prevent spam.

2. How we use it

We use this information solely to read and respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

3. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating the site securely (GDPR Art. 6; KVKK Art. 5).

4. Service providers

We rely on a few trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

• Google Workspace: delivery and storage of contact emails (info@decol.tv).
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): website hosting and media storage.
• Vimeo & YouTube: embedded videos, loaded in privacy-enhanced mode (no tracking cookies set on this site).

5. Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Embedded videos are served in “do not track” / no-cookie mode, so no third-party cookies are placed when you browse.

6. Data retention

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to handle your request and our ongoing relationship. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@decol.tv. We will respond within a reasonable time.
